Overall, the establishment deserves over 4 stars. The customer service is exceptional. The staff are courteous and pleasant. The service is good but the value of what you pay for is not quite there. The place has improved from 8 years ago. Glad to see the owner has upgraded the place.
I really enjoyed the service. It was upstairs so the place was not that easy to find but once I did, everything went smoothly. She was very communicative during the service to make sure I was comfortable throughout. I had a lot of tension around shoulder blades, so it took some work, but she was very good. I really appreciated her hard work and can recommend it.
