Jaime was an outstanding educator and cooking instructor. I learned about Japanese sushi history, Japanese language/words, plus the difference between Japanese and Korean methods of Maki assembly. I just had overall fun making sushi! Would recommend his class to everyone!
A really great experience. You get to learn how to make the classic Chicago style pizza, a recipe card, salad, drink and pizza. We had a great group of people and a wonderful time.
