I received an E-Mail very quickly, and the instruction page is very detailed and thorough. I downloaded the installation file but have not installed because I want to know if I will be able to install this copy of software to a new computer if my current one dies in the future. I wrote an E-Mail to ask the question, and the support@mycodes24.com replied almost instantly with explanation that I won't be able to do that (probably due to current Microsoft licensing rule and design, because I know it used to work, as long as there is only a copy of Office installed at any given time). To me, the service is really top-butch. I recommend this seller.
