First and most hassle free thing to do is make sure you delete ALL previous and installed versions of any office app like how outlook and word might be included with new computers or any existing old versions, click start and type add/remove programs, go there and search for "microsoft" and "office" and uninstall any single office apps or you might see an office bundle named office_xxxx(year).. once you no longer have any old or current 365/office apps on your computer restart your computer then begin, view your voucher in groupon, takes you to the mycodes24 site to redeem your groupon voucher and type in your info and your email where you want your new office key and instructions to go to, once you get the email (only took me a minute to receive) it will have the download link and your product key, click on the link with ...download-office-2024/ in it and it will download all the single office apps, once its done downloading open the folder and it will begin the set up process, click start again and look for your apps, Office 2024 pro plus includes outlook, onenote, word, excel, access, and powerpoint. Easiest way to active is to open word, then click on account button then click activate and then enter the 25 digit PRODUCT KEY from the email you received from mycodes24 with the download link and thats it. I think the people who had a bunch of issues probably had existing office programs already installed and probably tried to activate on those older versions, or O365 versions which are a different tier. office2024 is the best! No monthly or yearly subscriptions like O365, may be for 1 computer only, but thats all I need! Enjoy.
