The VENT Fitness Sports Performance program PERFORM was created to meet the needs of today’s athlete and utilizing a progressive, structured program designed to help each athlete achieve his or her personal peak performance. PERFORM is available as private sessions, small group sessions, or
the staff can create a specific program for each athlete or team. Sessions are held in the state of the art PERFORM room with specialized equipment is available.
The team of trainers and athletes at CrossFit ÆVITAS work closely with groups of exercisers, running them through the ever-changing Workout of the Day. The constant rotation of fitness regimens ensures that muscles never get so good at one particular movement that they stop developing. The intense workouts blend cardio and plyometrics to build healthy hearts and layers of lean muscle.

At AMF we offer the highest level of result-producing training personalized for each client. Our sessions incorporate bodyweight and kettlebell exercises, barbell lifts, and conditioning circuits and emphasize real world functional patterns. Safety and quality of movement is our foremost concern.

Fun and intense workouts including a variety of different movements and training methods prevent boredom. Achieving consistent results and feeling and moving better every day keeps our clients motivated to continue working hard and making progress.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Wanting to provide a higher level of fitness guidance and movement teaching.
