Venus was excellent! I would highly recommend her as she was very thorough and reassuring as she explained every step of the microneedling procedure. I will definitely be back to use her. The only comment I would express is that the room is very small and it did not leave much room to move around in so would be nice to have been in a bigger space.
I went and had the hydra-facial with Megan, she was so kind and very professional. Poor thing, listened to me run my mouth nonstop from my ADHD. And Jennifer, I believe her name was. Was so soo amazing and kind. Vlad is the one that reached out to me when I bought the Groupon. ALL OF THEIR STAFF and the entirety of that business is ABSOLUTE PERFECTION! And now my face is too! 😂🫶💜🤩
Cassandra made my experience a 10/10. She was very thorough and gentle she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable because I was feeling a little self conscious. The only thing I’m mad at is that I didn’t book an appointment with her sooner❤️ will definitely be returning. Thank you!!
