Sam was so helpful on the phone when I called to book and she also gave me a great explanation of the infrared sauna process & Studio's services when I arrived. The NE Wellness Studio was extremely clean and welcoming. The sauna had a television with sound in the sauna & was private with a locked door. It also had a fan for when you got out to help cool off. I really enjoyed my experience and am excited to use the rest of my Groupon sauna package.
