Not Costco and always long lines. Only reason why I bought Was because the deal.

I had a small problem with activating the software but I contacted support and they were GREAT. they got back to me within hours (during the holidays!) and worked me thru everything. They even checked back to make sure everything was working! I would definitely recommend them to everyone.
