Personalized service, a thorough assessment and honest appraisal of my car's exterior condition and clear recommendation for the most beneficial service at lowest cost enhanced my experience and engendered trust. I have returned on two subsequent occasions and paid full price—no Groupon available—because the service was that good.

Worst experience ever. Very unprofessional. They had not even started my car at the time it was supposed to be ready, after I had taken the day off work for them to have my car. I took my car back without getting the service. It had taken my 5 months to get the appointment. NOT happy.

Disappointed that it took all day for my car to be detailed. Seemed like things could have been better organized. Also checking out after the car had been complete took a long time.

Work was sub-standard and incomplete. Streaks of dry cleaning solution was left throughout interior of car. It was obvious that there was no attention to detail and exterior was not thorougly cleaned and streaks remained - did not remove bug stains. I would not recommend this vendor for to anyone. They were lousy.
