The poor bartender was asked to wait on our table which was in the far corner opposite of the bar. Because she was new she didn’t know how to enter the coupon I had and there wasn’t a manger on site. Then she got busy at the bar and we were waiting for 20min to get our bill so we had to go to the bar. There was 2 others sitting at the front. It looks as though the bartender was overworked.

Confusion in reservations when we showed up. Service was very slow, we ordered sushi and after about 45 mins of ordering waiter came back and asked if we still wanted cause sushi chef was slammed. This was a Monday, it was not packed. Disappointed in overall service, prolly will not be back.

The worst. Had to wait 30 minutes for water. WATER. It’s a hibachi with heat everywhere and three diff waiters asked wouldn’t get it. Finally got up to complain to manager/seek help for our waiter, who clearly was new and trying but didn’t have a clue and she was completely unhelpful and didn’t care. The hibachi chefs saved the day with their humor and charm but b/c of the manager, won’t return.
