I had allowed myself to be hypnotized in the past by way of youtube videos but this was my first experience seeing a professional for this service. She was very professional and understanding of my situation. I felt the familiar sensation of hypnosis and I did not want to open my eyes. She is very knowledgeable about techniques to use if a person falls asleep during the session and many other occurrences. I would reccomend her to anyone who is curious about hypnosis and what it is like.

The session helped me put into place techs to avoid my eating triggered by stress or down time.

Sorry but it's all hype!!!! Doesn't do a thing!!!!
