I enjoyed very much the fact that the class wasn’t packed, the pace was dynamic but controlled and actual teaching took place. I recommend Katie as a teacher

Everyone was extremely friendly and the class was in a beautiful studio. The Instructor worked with my limitations and was not judgy at all like some yoga teachers are-very calming, I will be back.
