Inspired by his Tunisian and Parisian roots, chef and owner Alain Cohen opened Got Kosher? to merge classic kosher style cuisine with French and North African flavors. He makes spicy tunisian harissa in house, adding a unique kick as a condiment on many of the menu items. He also fresh-bakes challah bread fused with sweet flavors like Belgian chocolate or savory kalamata olive and rosemary—though the best seller is the signature, award-winning pretzel challah invented by Cohen himself. And he curates a full lunch menu for mid-day diners, whether they're hungry for a fresh salad or housemade burger.

Maintaining his dedication to high-quality food preparation, Cohen avoids GMOs in his cooking ingredients, and he sources only pasture-raised beef and antibiotic- and hormone-free chicken for his dishes. To ensure as many people can enjoy the cuisine as possible, he also serves up a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options.
