The company went out of business and did not refund any of the money paid for laser hair removal. In addition to losing the amount I paid on Groupon I also lost the money for the additional package I purchased directly from the Miami Beach Plastic Surgery Medspa. The company is highly unethical and I would advise caution when purchasing laser hair removal packages.

Very disappointed with this place. The first technician I got, Terry, used a low frequency to delay the results, convincing me to buy more sessions; it was my first experience with Laser Hair Removal so I trusted her. When a new technician came in, Elena, I saw dramatic results and realized what Terry had been doing. Then the business closed and they haven't refunded the extra money I invested.

no great results after 6 sessions ,,, still have hair on my legs they try to sell you more sessions after that but i didn t wanna continue there !!
