I was adviced by an orthopedic doctor to start Pilates classes. After years of yoga I’ve developed hypermobility syndrom and a neck pain. I contacted Precision Pilates to ask how to start and they suggested having few private classes so I can easily jump into the group class. After my first class I would highly recommend it to everyone! They are friendly, knowledgeable and precise.
