That’s why, in addition to instilling students with practical, real-world martial arts techniques, classes include stretching and aerobic routines for a full-body workout. Whether they’re learning krav maga, judo, shokotan karate, or fitness kickboxing, students learn patience, dedication, and self-respect along with their defense training. Classes take place on quality suede mats, and students also take full advantage of the facility’s two training rooms and standalone punching bags. The center welcomes students of every age and background, and caters especially to families. They even have an afterschool pickup program for younger students, and host numerous family-friendly events.
