I wish if I can give -10 but unfortunately 1 star is the least you could do. My wife had an implant done and we had to go to this clinic like 4 times. The dentist: John Day couldn’t screw the implant all the way down and left probably half of the implant hanging half way above the gum!!! So when he installed the crown, it was like a mushroom hanging above the implant with a big gap between the gums and the crown so he took imprints again and put a bigger crown with still a gap and my poor wife suffered from pain, gingivitis and smelly mouth for a year a half. We went to this clinic because our dentist Will wait for 3 months after extraction before putting the implant in and we didn’t have time because we had to leave the country. We went back to this clinic to show the dentist and the clinic manager the problem and this dentist said you need to see a specialist because your bone is resorbed! You bet it will resorb because of all the infections she had. Anyway, we went back to our dentist who told us the implant was screwed half way and had to send my wife to a surgeon who said this is a very poor job and had to remove the implant and put a bone graft and my wife is waiting to have a new implant in! Just imagine all the hassle and money we spent!!!! Be aware! One last thing: the clinic is dirty and they don’t even rinse your mouth while working on your teeth so you would have to swallow whatever in your mouth which is unbelievable.

Hello Salman, we are sorry for the trouble. But as we explained when you and your wife came into the office, the implant was placed 1mm sub crestal as all our implants are. It is not possible to not screw an implant in all the way. Implants are placed based off of the measurements of the bone level. The reason your wife's implant stuck up out of the bone is because post surgery she had massive bone loss. As we discussed and showed you when you came to the office this was likely due to the health of the adjacent teeth. When adjacent teeth have negative factors they can have adverse effects on implants. We wish we could have done more but you did not want to treat any of the issues that contributed to your wife's bone loss.
