I've only had one experience at Studio 831 thus far and really appreciated how knowledgeable and supportive the instructors were. I will say that I was a little freaked out that the workout took me way beyond my capabilities. I will keep coming and keep trying, and hopefully that will be enough for me to see improvements. But, I wonder if there might be more modifications offered to newer/older clients? I just want to feel successful so I can build my confidence and keep progressing, but I left my first workout feeling intimidated and a bit defeated. Thank you for creating an opportunity to allow people to try this method of exercise, though--I know it's amazing for a lot of people, and I hope I will rise to the intensity and challenge.
