If there was a lower rating, it would still be too good for Fromins. I have lived in the neighborhood for over 30 years. Yes, I have frequented Fromins. No, I have never had such bad service & disgusting food. The eggs Benedict = awful. Only one of the eggs had a yolk but the worst was the yellow disgusting stuff that was poured all over it! The potato pancake wasn't even completely cooked. Yes, raw inside. I told the waitress but she just shrugged her shoulders. I had to beg her for the coffee that came with the breakfast. I had to add up the bill three times before the guy admitted that he had made an error.

Cabbage soup tasted like it had tabasco sauce in it and the brisket was terribly dry.
