Very knowledgeable employee. It would have been more convenient for me if I could have set the time and date for my appointment rather than them calling the day of the appointment. I have several dogs that are out all day long and I work. It was lucky that I happened to be home at the time the person called. With this limited scheduling, I will most likely not be able to use your service again.
