the gumbo was awful. the roux was not made from scratch. tasted like it was powdered base that you just add water too. i also dont think there was any seafood stock used in the seafood gumbo. the poboys were ok but the "dressing" lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and sauce overwhelmed the rest of the rest of the sandwhich. i want to taste oysters and shrimp in every bite and could not.
