One Full Synthetic Oil Change (Valid Only at Select Locations)
The guys were very friendly, as well as knowledgeable . They definitely knew what they were doing offered great customer service. I enjoyed the conversation with them . I came to Valvoline with the intention to get an oil changed. These guys are great at sales didn’t force anything yet before I left , my headlight fixed , my rear signal light as well as some type of fluid to flush out the motor.
Yareli did an amazing job. She completed all priority items and also had time to complete all of the remaining items I had indicated as “if have time.”
Scheduling was delayed the first day, and then due to snow the second day, but it was completed by the end of the 3rd day within the guaranteed timeline. It was a lot of back and forth and uncertainty in times in scheduling, but very responsive.
