Jen is great. I was a bit upset that I called 50 minutes before my appt. because I might have to cancel due to being stuck at work and was told because it was less than an hour before my appt I would be charged the full price. I am a repeat client and it was only 10 minutes short of an hour. I was able to make it but not happy about that part of the service
