This zoo was an amazing experience! The staff were friendly, helpful, and clearly passionate about the animals. I loved seeing the unique variety of animals you don’t find everywhere. The hands-on experience, especially feeding the barn animals, was the highlight and made the visit so fun and memorable. Definitely recommend!

That proactive communication made the morning seamless and stress-free — especially in a busy pickup area. Throughout the tour, Pam was not only a safe and skilled driver, but also incredibly attentive. At each vineyard stop, she personally connected with guests to make sure everyone was comfortable, enjoying themselves, and aware of timing. That level of diligence doesn’t go unnoticed. She struck the perfect balance between being organized and giving everyone the freedom to relax and savor the experience. The vineyards themselves were fantastic. Each location offered beautiful scenery, inviting tasting rooms, and a great selection of wines. From scenic mountain views to thoughtfully curated tastings, the stops felt well chosen and offered a variety of atmospheres — some cozy and intimate, others lively and social. It never felt repetitive; each vineyard brought its own charm and personality. Overall, this tour was well-organized, enjoyable, and elevated by Pam’s professionalism and care. My special needs grandson was on a school trip with my daughter & I got to surprise him, give him a huge hug & spend a few hours with them.
