Dylan Conrad is more than just a certified personal trainer. In addition to receiving a BS in kinesiology, he’s also certified in massage therapy. Dylan not only uses his expertise to help his clients lose weight and build muscle with personalized workouts, but he also helps those suffering from sports injuries with rehabilitation techniques that prevent future injuries, such as that time you hurt your back trying to clean and jerk the dishwasher.
