Cardio-kickboxing classes welcome men and women of all experience levels to burn calories during muscle-toning exercises that incorporate gloves and punching bags. Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesday, and Thursday from 6:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10:15 a.m. to 11:15 a.m.
