Sessions are currently scheduled for 5 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 5:40 a.m. Monday–Friday, and 8:30 a.m. Saturday. More sessions will be added if necessary.

At locations throughout the world, Fit Body Bootcamp's instructors share a common goal: to guide clients toward their fitness and weight-loss goals through regimented training programs. Trainers lead group workouts that integrate cardio with resistance training, strength training, and light alligator wrestling. They design the workouts to be time efficient and varied, avoiding workout plateaus that may leave clients uninspired. In addition to motivating clients to work their bodies, trainers also empower them with healthy eating guidelines. During one-on-one sessions, certified personal trainers chart out tailored fitness programs, which clients can take with them to Fit Body Bootcamp’s gyms to continue shaping up on their own.
