Party lighting and a booming sound system make evening classes at FIT! feel more like a celebration than a workout. But attendees reap all the physical benefits of a workout as instructors guide them through belly-dance classes that sculpt the abdominal muscles, as well as Zumba classes that can burn up to 1,000 calories in one hour. During Flirty Girl Fitness classes, students can even learn sensual dance moves featured in current music videos.
