Classes include gentle lunchtime yoga on Thursdays and beginner meditation on Wednesday evenings, during which students learn breathing techniques and visualizations to promote relaxation and mental clarity. Alternatively, healing reiki sessions last 90 minutes for new clients and 60 minutes for returning clients.
