Choose from Three Options

Classes include gentle lunchtime yoga on Thursdays and beginner meditation on Wednesday evenings, during which students learn breathing techniques and visualizations to promote relaxation and mental clarity. Alternatively, healing reiki sessions last 90 minutes for new clients and 60 minutes for returning clients.

Ganesha Center

Ganesha Center's doors open to an inviting and inclusive space where holistic healing services and classes help visitors to balance their mind, body, and spirit. Founder Lee Papa and the staff of practitioners practice energy-based therapies such as Reiki, sound therapy, ThetaHealing, and Seraphim Blueprint, designed to free up physical, emotional, and spiritual blockages and assist participants in finding a state of natural health, peace, and joy. Stationed in the center's workshop rooms, instructors teach students how to meditate, master yoga poses, and eat healthfully through a series of classes.
