The Gilmore Collection

No tasty bite is complete without a quality beverage to back it up. With this in mind, Gilly's pleases foodies and beer lovers alike with a well-curated menu of dishes to pair with its handcrafted microbrews, wines, and cocktails. Six types of caramel come together in Brewmaster John's Crimson King amber ale, one of many libations that can accompany vegetarian dishes such as black truffle gnocchi, fresh seafood dishes such as seared yellow fin tuna with cauliflower tabouleh, miso honey glazed wild sockeye salmon, and crab legs, and comfort food such as lobster mac 'n' cheese. A fresh oyster bar is available, and the menu spans the culinary gamut and includes many gluten-free offerings and creative small plates, all served in a casual, rustic setting.

The staff is friendly and attentive. I had the surf and turf and honestly I have never had a better combo in my life. The atmosphere is very laid back

It was a pleasant experience. The jumbo shrimp was to die for! The best part of the evening was the chocolate martini. It rocked!
