Hard Core Yoga’s integrated classes combine strength, cardio, and stretching exercises set to upbeat music to help patrons of all abilities sculpt lean, toned muscles. Seven days a week, students enter the immaculate studio, where floor-to-ceiling windows illuminate the room with serene natural light. Introductory classes teach beginners proper form and alignment so students can safely and efficiently build muscles. Students of all experience levels can engage in signature classes, which alternate between upper body, lower body, and abdominal exercises designed to excite the heart more than a blind date at the defibrillator factory.

Hard Core Yoga

There’s never enough time to exercise, which is why instructors at Hard Core Yoga help customers tone bodies quickly with fast-paced, one-hour yoga classes incorporating cardio, stretching, and muscle-sculpting exercises. Upbeat rhythms from hip-hop and R & B soundtracks fill the spacious studio, brightened by floor-to-ceiling windows. During each signature class, open to all skill levels, the instructors power through core-strengthening poses in addition to full-body toning poses. They also take time to include exercise modifications for students with injuries or who are allergic to savasanas. The classes range in ability level from intro sessions, which emphasize correct postures and alignment, to level two classes, which include challenges such as inversions and binds.
