Massage therapists create client-specific massages using a variety of techniques from modalities such as Swedish, deep-tissue, prenatal, and others. Complimentary aromatherapy is also available upon request, and, for additional fees, customers have the option to upgrade to longer-session massages.

After Kim Russom graduated from the Capri College of Massage Therapy and received her state licensure and national certification in 2007, she began working professionally as a massage therapist, ultimately establishing her own practice inside the quaint brick walls of The Chiropractic Well Being Center in 2011. While working in her own private treatment room, she focuses on problematic pain areas amid red walls, Zen-inspired décor, and a cozy massage table. Though Kim specializes in deep-tissue massage, she also targets specific ailments—such as headaches and chronic pain—with a customized mixture of trigger-point therapy, scalp massages, and stretches. Kim also provides clients with helpful information on how to best treat muscles, including providing specific stretching exercises and posture-creating routines that can enhance the power of a massage. During her off-hours, Kim studies for her nursing degree, spends time with her family, and concocts vegetarian dishes.
