During Mystic Tan sessions, visitors step into a fully automated booth that coats skin head to toe in an even mist of a light-hued tanning solution. Touted as the red-carpet-ready tan, the stand-up HT54 booths offer a maximum exposure time of 10 minutes to bronze skin with a low UVB percentage.

Hollywood Tans

With more than 140 locations nationwide, Hollywood Tans furnishes tanning-bed technology and UV-free spray tans that bronze skin from coast to coast. Its high-pressure beds, such as the HT60 or HT54, tint skin with 2% UVB rays to build a tan quickly in short sessions. The bronzing mists of Mystic Tan machines present another UV-free alternative. After a few spritzes, the machines coat bodies in a streak-free color up to five shades darker than their natural skin tone. Hollywood Tans also has an A-List membership program that gives clients discounts and allows them to become tan the same way major actors become tan—by standing in their swimsuits on the red carpet while a million flashbulbs go off.
