Choose Between Two Options

  • $39 for 10 boot camp classes (an $80 value)

In 30- to 60-minute workouts, participants strengthen and tone the entire body through a combination of body-weight exercises, free weights, running, jumping, and power-lifting movements. The classes are customized so individuals of any fitness level or age can participate. Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 a.m., Wednesdays at 6 p.m., and Saturdays at 8 a.m.

The instructors at Joe’s Functional Fitness Studio lead workouts designed to tone and strengthen people of all ages and fitness levels through functional training—customized exercises that burn calories and build muscle through fast-paced 30- to 60-minute workouts. Instead of sitting in static equipment, the functional exercises keep bodies moving to constantly engage muscles throughout the body instead of just one group at a time. The workouts combine body-weight training, running, and jumping with free weights and power lifting to prep bodies for real-life activities, like running to catch a bus and then casually lifting it up by the bumper. Participants can also opt for personal training or small group sessions limited to five people or less for more individual guidance.
