At Raising the Barre's workout sessions, students learn an engaging workout that is meticulously designed to tone thighs and bottoms, flatten abs, and increase flexibility. Barre-fitness classes fuse the tiny, isolated exercises that make Pilates an effective muscle-sculpting routine with the core-strengthening benefits of resistance training and the famous waterfowl impersonations of ballet.
