Though they hinge on the ceremony, weddings are all-day affairs that last from the first morning preparations to the final dance at the reception. When Scott M. Duncan covers nuptials, he only offers full-day wedding packages that include a mix of candid shots and natural-looking poses. After looking through the full day of pictures that Scott captures, newlyweds can preserve their favorite images as prints, in flat albums, on DVDs, or carved into a nearby hill with a laser satellite.

Scott brings the same professionalism to portraiture sessions, where he photographs newborns, families, and high-school seniors both on-location and inside his downtown Elyria studio. There, he can frame guests against chalkboard walls or various sets, as well as in the studio’s neighboring gated alley, which is replete with brickwork and painted murals.
