Clean and nice ambiance. Did not get the hot stones as outlined in my groupon though. When I arrived in the room they told me that would be an add on cost. Massage therapist was good otherwise. Did not get a typical spa welcome and review/run down of the facility like most spas though. Some items in locker room are not labeled so i didn't know what was available for use. There's also no deodorant which is odd for a spa.
I had my hair colored, cut, dried, and highlighted with Keith. He was incredible and an absolute pleasure to work with. He brought my vision to life and the some. He is so talented and his assistant, Fernanda was also amazing.
Tatiana is an amazing aesthetician and just a beautiful human inside and out. I seriously look forward to seeing her every month for my laser hair removal. She is an expert at what she does, warm, friendly, and kind :)
