The 2.5- to 3-hour dinner cruise on the StarLite Majesty affords guests views of Tampa Bay’s beaches as they dance to live entertainment. For the dinner portion, guests choose their entrees once they board, and the chefs then prepare the meal while passengers explore the ship. Dinner options include fresh wharf seafood, pasta alfredo with chicken, and filet mignon. The cruise boards at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday–Saturday and departs at 7 p.m. On Sundays, the cruise boards at 5:30 p.m. and departs at 6 p.m. All cruises depart from Clearwater Beach Marina.

During the 2- to 2.5-hour lunch cruise on the StarLite Majesty, passengers take in the sights of Florida’s inland waters while dining on dishes such as fresh seafood, beef burgundy, and shrimp creole. A smooth-jazz duo sets the background soundtrack, along with informative narration from the ship’s captain. The cruise boards at noon and departs at 12:30 p.m. from Clearwater Beach Marina.

A 115-foot dining yacht cruises Florida's coast under the emblem of StarLite Dining Cruises. Throughout the year, these vessels embark from various ports around Tampa for dining cruises in the warm Florida sunshine or under a starry sky. Passengers board the ships and are escorted to their reserved tables by the dining staff. After ordering entrees such as filet mignon and fresh-from-the-wharf seafood, guests explore the ships as onboard chefs prepare the fresh entrees in an hour.
