Paul and Maggy Henry met in the adventure travel business - the California company where he worked sent hikers to the Peru-based company where she worked. As owners of Vespa Portland since 2012, the duo now helps clients with shorter, everyday journeys. Alongside motorcycles from Ural, Paul and Maggy stock their spacious showroom with scooters from brand-name manufacturers such as Vespa, Piaggio, Genuine, and Sym. To supplement those rides, the pair also supplies accessories such as helmets, goggles, baskets, and rain suits.

In addition to selling new scooters, Paul and Maggy's team maintains rides that have navigated their fair share of streets. Headed by lead mechanic Pedro Galvan - a graduate of Phoenix's prestigious Motorcycle Mechanics Institute - a crew of factory-trained technicians keeps scooters in top shapes with original equipment manufacturer parts. The team also stores motorcycles and scooters in its warehouse over the winter, where they ready rides for spring by charging batteries and making sure bikes take their allergy medication.
