Class options include yin yang practice, during which students maintain passive poses for long periods to improve flexibility; gentle Vinyasa, which blends Hatha poses, breathing, and visualization; and restorative flow, in which students go through a balanced series of poses to stretch and strengthen muscles. Classes are scheduled Monday–Saturday.

Wisdom Yoga Wellness

In the Eastern philosophy to which Wisdom Yoga Wellness adheres, “in good health” doesn't merely mean “not sick”; it means that your chakras, or energy flows, are constantly in balance. According to this belief system, one way to achieve this balance is through Thai yoga therapy, which opens the body's chakras for harmonization. The center's certified instructors not only help their students achieve this harmonious state but also encourage them to burn calories during vigorous Vinyasa classes. Unlike libraries with coin-operated atlases, the instructors are generous with their knowledge; they also lead yoga teacher trainings for aspiring instructors and workshops that allow students to explore different yoga styles.
