WynnFit Boot Camps

Wynn Clarke, the training czar behind WynnFit Boot Camps, isn't crazy about the term boot camp. She prefers the term body camps, in part because her trainers affect a constructive, enthusiastic tone during workouts—unlike stereotypical drill sergeants—but also because each of her 50-minute sessions is designed to hone the body in its entirety. Blending resistance training, cardio drills, heavy and light lifting, and various other training mechanisms, Wynn and her staff shepherd clients to fitter frames while keeping them engaged and on their toes with an ever-changing medley of diverse workout motions.
