Avoid this hotel if you can Hard to find the road leading to the hotel, way-out also hard to find. Exterior looks scary, lobby not clearly marked and thus difficult to find. Checking-in lasts forever and checking-out similarly difficult. Reception personel not very friendly or helpful. We were lucky to get a newly renovated room but otherwise interior tarnished and unclean. Breakfast choices very limited, coffee undrinkable - most likely reheated. I would not recommend it to anyone, lost trust in the whole Wyndham chain of hotels as it seems that all operate as independent franchises with not much supervision for quality service on offer.

American Airlines should be ashamed I was put in this hotel after missing a connecting flight by American Airlines. It was truly scary, next to a sex shop and a gas station with nothing else other than gas stations for miles. It’s clearly a stop for truck drivers and as a lone female business traveller I felt very scared staying here. The lock on my door worked intermittently and all the communal areas were dirty and very tired. The shuttle too and from the airport which was over 20 minutes away was terrifying in a minibus that didn’t look road legal and had no seatbelts driven like a go cart. Don’t stay here if AA put you up in this hotel especially if you are a lone female traveller say no it’s not safe.

Stay bc of cancelled flight Mixed feelings about my stay: was sent to this hotel from canceled AA flight. Waited 45 minutes at the airport for shuttle which never showed. When we called I would have rather the desk clerk say the shuttle wasn’t running. We ubered and the driver who had been driving 7 years was unfamiliar with this place. The lobby was old, hallways damaged/dirty, room and bathroom doors had missing paint/ lots of scuffs. But the bed was fresh and comfortable and bathroom was clean. The morning shuttle to the airport was on time and the driver was helpful with everyone’s luggage. I believe this place has potential. It’s almost like they got halfway done with renovations and stopped. I encourage the staff to arrange for some fresh paint to start.

1 Star Review Scariest hotel I've ever stayed at. Only there for 5 hours - and it was 5 hours too long. Had to book hotel due to missed connection in Chicago and on a list that AA gave me to call. Offered complimentary hotel shuttle - but after waiting for 2 shuttles that were completely full - had to end up taking a taxicab to/from the hotel. Hotel shuttle was old van that had damage to the body - should have been my first hint to what was in store. Driver actually put man and two small children in the baggage hold for the ride! Lobby was dirty and had trash littered around and was still there the next morning. Staff was busy talking to friends at check-in and certainly were not helpful or accommodating. I asked about shuttle service the next morning - and was advised of shuttle time - no mention that one had to make a reservation for shuttle and I ended up having to take a Lyft back to Chicago Airport. Room was depressing, noisy, shower had water damage and shower had limited water supply and only a few minutes of hot water. Room was missing a deadbolt lock and I was extremely uncomfortable staying the night. I also was charged a $100 deposit - I'm not sure what that is about - and I was ensured that it would be refunded after 5-7 business days but not sure why just a credit card hold wasn't enough - especially after the room was prepaid.
