Alright.... This hotel was alright. Our room was very outdated but I know they may not have much control over that. The fitted bed sheet had some kind of stain on it....very gross. The only other issue was the badly molded bagel in my to-go snack bag I picked up at the front desk the next morning.

Avoid Avoid this hotel and avoid the area. Hotel is old and dirty - fixtures in dining area apparently never cleaned. It rained and the room I was in had a leak. I had to use the bedspread to catch the already drip. Homeless people outside - I was afraid for my vehicle and its contents.

Worst Hampton Inn Ever! Hampton Inns are my go-to hotels when I travel. This is the worst one I have ever been to for many reasons. First I selected the room ahead and gave the time of 2-4 for check in. Arrived at 3 and room wasn’t available. Given another room which was fine but why ask what I want it and not have it available. Second, the area this hotel is located is kind of sketchy. Lots of homeless people and others loitering up on the corner. Third, the beds are ridiculously soft…like a trampoline bouncy. It seems like the tub had an insert or liner placed so the base was squishy and creaked when you stood on it. One elevator was out of order and the other didn’t always come up to the 4th floor when called so you had to walk down. Luckily, it worked on the way up. Once when in the elevator, we were with another gentleman who was complaining that this place had not improved since he had been here last. Said the front desk staff were not helpful at all. And last, the first morning the breakfast buffet was missing numerous items like yogurt, fruit and any pastries other than white or wheat bread. We were told their shipment had not come it. OK, so maybe that isn’t their fault but still…disappointing. There are numerous other places to stay in Albuquerque. I suggest you stay elsewhere

Do not recommend Read the reviews before staying!!!!! We had reservations to stay for 2 days after packing our daughter up from college. We knew we would be checking in late, hence why we booked 2 nights checked in online, and requested digital keys. First clue, They canceled our reservation. Had to call Hilton main number to have our reservation reinstated. 2nd clue, the room smelled like a dog kennel, black mold on the shower ceiling, water damage to the ceiling in the room, and the room door did not close fully! Final clue: After getting a few hours of rest, less than 5 hours into our stay luggage rack on the roof of our car was cut into, in BROAD daylight!! Would not chance staying overnight. We checked out. Next time we are in Albuquerque, New Mexico, will we stay at a Hilton Hotel? Yes, we love Hilton! We are lifetime diamond members. Will it be this location, NO!!! Side note, the lady overseeing breakfast was very nice and accommodating.

Do Not Stay Here! To begin with, when we travel we always stay at Hampton Inns (we’re Diamond Members). Usually a good experience. This one was quite different. Homeless people in the area. And the rooms need a serious upgrade. Even though our room was advertised as non smoking, there was definitely the smell of smoke. And we never stayed at a property that you had to use your key to unlock the door to get to the ice machine. Would definitely not stay here again and would not recommend.
