Splendid As soon as we walked in we were treated like family and that means alot to us. We are mostly grateful for Devron, he was a blessing. Devron was always kind and accommodating even when he was tired. This place had an assistant manager who was kind of quirky but you could tell she loved her job and wanted everyone to have a great experience while there. Disappointed, this should be inspected by corporate! Not what I expect from LaQuinta. Room was nice and clean. Was with my dog. There is not one blade of grass on the entire property. They failed to tell me upon checking in that ice machine on my floor did not work. Door to my room was most difficult to close. Problem with hinges, would have been much too heavy for my wife to close. Breakfast was limited and unfit to eat!!

Pleasant stay In town for socccer tournaments. Was skeptical after some of the reviews but it was a pleasant. Chris and Mary very polite and helpful. Only complaint was the sofa bed. Every spring felt and mattress had rust marks from metal frame. Chris gave us extra bedding to pad it. Would stay again.

Seedy, Smelly, Shoddy Sleezy, seedy, smelly building staffed by rude, unprofessional personnel. Unfortunately, failed to read reviews before reserving a room, but soon learned our experience wasn’t unique. Arrived to check in at 2:40 for 3:00 checkin time and told our room was given away because we chose not to pay extra fee for “early checkin”. Apparently a reservation means nothing. Asked when a room would be ready and told “I don’t know”. Moments later heard clerk speaking to cleaning staff that 218 was ready and he then refused to acknowledge that or give us the room. I was then lectured on my poor attitude. Walked across to their East building and discovered the building was also old, rundown and smelled. Asked to look at a room and found it smelled of cigarette smoke. Entry and halls had worn carpets and damaged furniture and walls. Returned to West facility and told by nasty clerk he would not offer us a room. Unsurprisingly, I quickly found an alternate lodging option at slightly higher rate and exceedingly higher quality. Save yourself the trouble and skip this organization at all costs unless you’re ok with questionable ethics, customer service, or quality.

hell week Spent 6 days here. breakfast: muffins - barely food coffee - ran out every day at 7:30AM, only the light coffee was left and this was lighter than tea ROOM: Fridge operated so loud, couldn't have conference calls - had to turn it off and on stove broke, they fixed it room smelled - I had to febreeze it several times a day key card failed on me twice - had to get them re-programmed the night person was rude and scary looking Pull out couch spring coming through what was once a mattress wifi- ?? OMG very slow - with options to buy better wifi?? - No way, so I used my hotspot stay was so bad
