Worst experience!! We arrived and got in our room and it smelled like raw sewage. I called the office and they said they would send somebody with some air freshener...they never did. I Called and they answered and immediately hung up..called again..straight to hold music...called again...they hung up. Went to the office (same person, nobody else there) gave me a not so sincere apology. This was at 9pm. Nobody else was checking in, they just didn't want to accommodate. This was my son's first time at Disneyland and it ended with us sleeping in a room that smelled like feces. We then called today to talk to a manager and was told they don't know when he'll be back and wouldn't give us their name either. This was the absolute worse service ever provided by a hotel(loose term). We will be contacting their corporate office next. You should not put this horrible place on your app

Ant Village ! Ruuuuun Away! My honest opinion, parking lot too small so if you drive a big vehicle you’ll barely fit. Not enough parking spaces. Room had ants on the bed , sofas, and bathroom floors, tub doesn’t drain that well so your feet are basically in the water. AC smelled horrible through out the days. The housekeeping ladies were rude don’t listen when we said we didn’t want service. But the only awesome people there were the drivers that take you to & from Disneyland.

Ants I checked into room 135 in the late afternoon, arrived unpacked and headed to dinner. Upon my return, the room was infested with ants. I called to the front desk agent to advise him. He told me he would have maintenance come look. When I hung up the phone, I noticed ants on the desk and that point I asked to move to another room. I was met with pushback. The agent was extremely combative and even said “Well that is not my problem” when I asked to please speak with the manager on duty. He informed me, with hesitation, that he has one room open to move to but it’s upstairs and I can take it or not. I had not requested a ground floor room, so I was confused why this would be an issue from his perspective. Since we were moving, I asked if there was a suite open-not that I wanted it for free, but because it would be worth moving (since we already were) and paying extra for. I aM. Wyndham reward member and a Las Vegas Hotel manager, this service was unacceptable. Not only were my things covered in ants, which is bad enough, I was met with a why is this my problem attitude, instead of my apologies please allow me to switch your room-which would be the right and best option. I also did not add my partner to the room (accidentally), yet without hesitation your agent handed him a new room and key without verifying this with me, the only person checked into the room. This is a major safety violation. I understand that your property is not a 4 star hotel, but I booked it for your great reviews and the close proximity to Disneyland. I was happily surprised with the property, cleanliness of the room and the parking. Then the ants and phone call happened. Still No reply from The manager.

Run as fast as you can! This was the worst hotel that I ever stayed in! Not only were we greeted with the awful smell walking into the room, but we were also greeted with ants crawling around bathtub and on bathroom floor. Not to mention how uncomfortable it was to shower due to the moldy mildewed shower mat in tub. My family and I were so disappointed and it put a damper on our Disney Trip. I felt robbed by staying in this hotel. Not only was the room awful, the staff was not friendly at all.
