It was not a desirable location Hotel looks great from the outside but the rooms were less than to be desired. Bathrooms weren't very clean. Pillows were flat and crappy. They didn't have the type of room that I booked ahead of time. Pool had a light that came out and had wires exposed. If your needing some where to sleep short night it would be okay but not preferred for families.

Don’t waste your time or money! Don’t waste your time or money at this location. Shocked “Holiday Inn” allows a place to be ran like this. Pretty much straight into the ground in my opinion. It’s dirty, feels cheap, and nearly everything around the hotel is broke. The elevator panel is hanging on by one screw (view attached pictures). If you want ice, plan on making your way down to the lobby where they can micromanage you. Just like they do with the milk at breakfast. The refrigerator for the dairy products literally has a chain and lock on it with a sign that says “ask an employee if you want something from this refrigerator.” What in the ghetto, Holiday Inn? Oh yeah, my husband asked for a paper plate earlier. A single paper plate. We were told they couldn’t spare a paper plate! Our room was supposed to be a “King Suite” no microwave. Shower works about halfway with a stream line of water still coming out of the bathtub faucet. Pool is STILL not functioning. I’d recommend staying in a Motel 6 over this place. At least you know what you’re getting! Probably nicer too.

Don’t stay there. When I made the reservation, I requested a first floor room as close to the front as possible. I was assured that is what I would get. I explained that my husband can barely walk. I got there and was given a room on the second floor at the very end of the hall. The receptionist said that was all they had. The room had mold around a door facing, the security lock was broken off, you could see through to the hallway on the side of the door, down on the lower third. The iron had something on it and ruined my blouse that I ironed. The breakfast had egg white omelettes that were not very good and the bacon was only half cooked. When I asked if it could be cooked more, the lady told me I could do it myself because that’s the way it’s supposed to be. She was exceptionally rude. Needless to say, it was not a pleasant experience and don’t plan on returning.

Wonderful breakfast and staff Visited local family in the are during the ice storm and the hotel was an emergency stay, but I am glad I did. Michelle in the front desk was very gracious in providing us accomodations and making our stay as comfortable as possible. We received one of the best breakfasts in the morning on top of that.
