Great Place in Apex ! This is a very convenient, clean, safe property to stay. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. They allow pets which is important to us since we have a dog. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a good deal, and a safe place to stay.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME Henry (Manager) & staff are extremely accommodating and our room was very clean & comfortable. AS an IHG Diamond Elite member since 2016, I have nothing but GREAT reviews for this hote. They have renovated room with upgraded furniture, appliances & wall decor. Upon checkin, i didn’t have to wait and received my Welcome bonus points immediately, this was a big plus. The service was exceptional & Jane/entire staff was very professional, customer friendly & very well trained in the service industry. I would definitely recommend this hotel. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!!

Great stay!! We stayed here because it was pet friendly and were very impressed. It looked like it was recently renovated. Comfy beds and very clean room. While some of the usual amenities are restricted due to COVID (such as breakfast and the lending locker), we appreciated what they did have including the full refrigerator, kitchen items, and stove, outdoor BBQ, and laundry. Thank you to Henry and the staff for being pleasant and welcoming. (Pro tip... order your groceries online from the local Walmart across the road and pickup.)

It was okay, but not what I expected for not staying at this type of facility before Normally I stay at a typical hotel, but some other people on a local project stayed here. Making the reservation, this property was part of the IHG group, so points were awarded. The room was OK, all the rooms were queen beds. The TV was small based on the distance from the bed. Has a stove, sink and refrigerator etc., with plates, glasses etc. There is no housekeeping unless you stayed more then 7 days, so you room was never made up or cleaned. You were responsible for your own trash removal. No ice machines in this hotel, just whatever the freezer makes. Not user friendly with regards to charging outlets, just receptacles in the walls. Other then that, the hotel was okay. It had a gym, but no restaurant, just a simple store with items to purchase. If I were to return to this area, I would not stay here.

Decent stay, nice staff, but could use some updates The staff was nice and polite, very helpful. The room was clean, it could use some updates. There was a handle missing from a drawer in the kitchen area, we couldn't get some of the lights to turn on and the bathroom fan didn't run even when the switch was turned on. There is no option for breakfast in the morning, not even a continental breakfast, though there is a pantry where you can buy items. Decent selection in the pantry. Nice fitness center, clean and equipment was operational. This would not be my first choice for a stay in the area, but it's not bad. I would consider using the hotel again.
