Awful experience Horrible experience. I am a woman, and was driving my car, which was full of items, across the country for a move. I got to the hotel, and when checking in, told the clerk that I had many items in my car, couldn't move them all inside the room, and was concerned about safety. He gave me a room in the back of the hotel. I got back there and realized the clerk had given me a room with a large bush planted in front of the window (despite my mentioning I was concerned about the security of the items in my car), so I wouldn't have been able to see my vehicle by looking out the window. Also, the back area was planted solid with trees and was very dark. It appeared most of the people who were assigned rooms in the back had parked their cars out front (I couldn't because the lot was full). I didn't feel safe staying in the room. I drove back to the clerk, explained I didn't feel safe, and requested a room in the front of the hotel. He stated all of the rooms in the front were booked. He refused to make any changes to my reservation. However, when I was talking to the clerk the second time, a man was in line behind me. When I left the hotel office after the clerk refused to change my room and was sitting in my car, I saw the man who checked in 10 minutes after me going to a room at the front of the building. This was an awful experience. The clerk was rude and full of attitude. Priceline said they "couldn't do anything," and Quality Inn said it was up to Priceline. I won't be booking any further trips through Priceline. No one cared about safety. I had to book another hotel, and ended up paying roughly $200 for the night. I hadn't stayed in Quality Inn in years. After this, I never will again.

Shocked at good reviews. Would never stay here again. This place is very outdated and not worth the price. I question the cleanliness. Just overall looks dirty and not kept up. Door, bathroom, carpet. In need of repair. Poorly cleaned. Had hair clearly not mine in bed. Toilet not that clean. Stayed 4 nights and housekeeping never came by. Had to ask for more towels and washcloths. The only good thing is free parking and continental breakfast. The breakfast was very basic bagels, yogurt, and ability to make waffles. However, the waffle machines don’t work well. Kept getting stuck even spraying it longer with the spray provided.

Won't be staying again I'm in the process of relocating back to Atlanta and have been staying here for weeks at a time since early May. I think have nearly 30 nights. I stayed here as recent as 6 days ago. Upon checking in today for 7 nights, I was blind-sided when the rep told me that I have to pay a $200 security deposit b/c the address on my id is w/in 30 miles and that they now charge locals a security deposit. I've stayed in at least four rooms here and have never had any damage. Unfortunately, I didn't have enough time to find another room. I recently stayed at a 5 star hotel and was only charged a $50 deposit. Furthermore, I find it insulting and borderline discriminatory that they are only charging locals a security deposit. If you are going to charge a deposit, it should be consistent for all of your guests. This will be my last time staying.

Do not stay. Manager very nasty Do not stay here. Hotel manager B. Kelly very nasty attitude. We stayed here 11/9/23-11-11/13/23 room never got clean. There are no room service from Saturday-Sunday. Request toilet paper non was brought to our room. My daughter got sick with the flu. I requested another plan let to protect myself because we were sharing beds non was given. Said they were all being wash. Went to front desk to speak with management about the 3 issues. He got very nasty with me stating we don’t clean rooms nor offer services on the weekend. He stated they do not clean Fri-Sun but I saw someone cleaning room on Sundays. Find a better hotel. They have it posted on the window they don’t clean rooms but you don’t see it until you are there checking out.
