The family Property was quite at night. Rooms were very clean and the lobby was very nice too. Hot breakfast offered was convenient and good. The check-in process was smooth and the manager is a nice guy. Front desk provided good customer service as well. Rooms have cable and the water for the shower gets hot. Air-conditioning works great and housekeeping does a great job. Property is overall really clean too. A big plus is it is also an affordable rate

Avoid this nasty/cheap hotel. As a gold member I would never stay here anymore. Good luck having a nice shower. The breakfast was horrible. You won't be able to make your own breakfast like any other hotel in the area. You can't even get a cup of coffee for God's sake. I would avoid staying here at all costs. Spend the extra money and get your money worth else where. Absolutely disgusting

Horrible property horrible owner operator They need a whole new crew infact they meed to lose their brand and it be some no tell motel so they can get away with how they treat people cause they dont have to worry about brand standards

The management is not professional and does not care about the facility. Do not recommend this place. It is in serious need of repairs (damage to exterior, overflowing dumpsters, trash around stairwells, huge gap under exterior door affecting the interior temperature - it’s 100 degrees in Austin now). The room was warm no matter what temperature you set the AC on. Roaches visible. Upcharge of $15 for a room with a small refrigerator. No microwave. Lightbulb missing from a lamp. Abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. Questionable activities with guests (?) walking and waiting outside of rooms.

Don't Do It The room was stale, blood and dirt on the towels the room was not very cool. It was very humid no matter what temp I set on the air conditioner. The toilet seat was falling off of the toilet and the floor carpet looked like it hadn't been shampooed in years.
