Would not stay here 1/10 would not recommend. The room was filthy, there was a terrible odor in the room. There were crumbs in the bed, the floor was not cleaned, there were roaches in the bathroom and mold covering the vents. My husband and I left shortly after we got there and stayed at the Hampton. Huge difference.

DreamCon Best stay everrrrrrrrr !!!!!! That bed was like sleeping in heaven. The Front desk agents Larry, Max, Rene, and the manager John were all super nice to me. This was my first time staying there and it was like heaven. The snacks were great and I loved thee elevator for some odd reason hahaha.

Not happy Rooms are musty, there was a roach on our toothbrush. We had accidentally left a cup in the lobby, A staff confirmed he found and left it in the office. It was gone by the next morning, confirming it was taken. Biscuits were extremely hard and gravy was cold.

Bad smell in this hotel Bad smell in this hotel, even pillows have the same smell. Can’t sleep comfortably. Bathroom don’t have enough space to move around.

Clean and Safe visit Staff very friendly and professional. House keepers kept me surprised as to charming ways they set pillows on my bed. Very clean a safe room
